Refund Policy

Our company, INOCYX, does not endorse refund or cancellation requests for successfully completed orders. When a user deposits money into their INOCYX Wallet, they have the flexibility to withdraw their funds either in full or within the specified withdrawal limits. However, when a user sends cryptocurrency from their wallet, it is securely stored in INOCYX's hot wallet addresses. Any cryptocurrency sent to these addresses will be credited to the platform, not the user's wallet.

Please note that once you purchase currencies or transfer a chosen amount of cryptocurrency/digital assets to the seller's account, these transactions are irreversible and cannot be undone. We may retain or deduct amounts from a user's balance in their account only when it is necessary, as specified by our terms and applicable laws. Purchasing crypto is facilitated using the respective currencies available on our platform, directly from the user's wallet. Selling digital assets can be done using the provided currencies and credits from the user's wallet.

Our company does not entertain refund or cancellation requests under the following circumstances:

1. If a user fails to provide accurate information as requested, in accordance with our terms and policies,

2. If INOCYX suspects the user of engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities,

3. If a user is found to be involved in activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or any breach of laws in any jurisdiction that contradicts our policies.

Please be aware that INOCYX only supports specific cryptocurrencies for deposits. Sending any cryptocurrency to the wallet address of a different cryptocurrency will result in the permanent loss of those funds, and they will not be recoverable.
